Now, since we weren't sure if they are gluten free or not, I went ahead and had my Sister in Law review these for me. Here's what she made:

When J. is gone, I have the boys pick out recipes to cook with me. This one was picked since they like sausage and Daddy doesn't so we took advantage he was gone to try it out. It was good but not good enough to do it again. The Swanson Flavor Boost gave it the umf it was missing.

Sausage and Orzo1 lb - Cooked Sausage sliced1 Tbsp - EVOO1 Cup - Dried Orzo1 14 oz - Low sodium beef broth1/2 cup - water1 tsp - dried italian seasoning
1 packet Swanson Beef Flavored Boost2 - medium zucchini, halved lengthwise, coarsely chopped (2 1/2 cups)1/3 cup - 1 inch sliced green onions1/3 cup - red sweet pepper salt & pepper to taste
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown sausage in hot oil for 2 minutes; stir in orzo. Cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in beef broth, water, and Italian season. (I poured the Swanson beef flavored boost here.) Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered about 8 minutes or until orzo is tender.
Add chopped zucchini last 4 minutes of cooking. Stir in green onions and sweet pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
